Dr. Benjamin Wenzel, PsyD
Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Wenzel is a postdoctoral fellow at Hesed Psychological Services of Minnesota. He has earned his Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Neuropsychology. His doctoral experience included working in academic medical centers and private practices. Dr. Wenzel is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has extensive experience with Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy.
Dr. Wenzel was raised in Alexandria, Minnesota, returning to the area after each step of his education. Dr. Wenzel has a desire to provide the a high level of excellence to individuals living in a rural setting. He worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Alexandria from 2014 until 2020, then pursued his doctorate to provide neuropsychological assessments. His desire to provide high-quality services in a rural area has become a reality returning to Alexandria.
